About John Mondy

John Mondy: Real Estate Broker and Industry Leader

John Mondy is the founder and broker of Millennium Realty, which he established in February 2000 to serve clients throughout Central Mississippi. Since its founding, the company has sold over 4,000 homes and, for four consecutive years, was recognized as the largest minority-owned real estate firm in the Southeastern United States.

In 2005, John expanded his services by launching Precision One Mortgage, creating what is believed to be Mississippi’s first one-stop shop offering both real estate and mortgage services. This integrated approach helped streamline the home-buying process and better serve clients throughout the region.

Over the course of his career, John has employed and trained more than 200 real estate agents and loan originators. He has also contributed to the professional development of others as a real estate instructor with the Maselle School of Real Estate.

Under his leadership, Millennium Realty ranked in the top five for market share sales in the tri-county area on two separate occasions—an uncommon achievement for a non-franchise firm at the time.
