Buying a rental property from out of state is difficult enough, especially when you won't actually see it till after you've bought it. You have to have someone you can really trust and rely on. I've worked with other realtors in the past that wanted you to buy the first home you looked at just so they could quickly close a deal. John was my eyes and ears and did a lot of driving and checking out properties to help me locate the right one. He knew what I wanted and didn't want, never pushed me toward a particular property, and he steered me away from properties that he knew would not work for me. We ultimately found an awesome deal. Every aspect of the home buying experience was very professional and accommodating. John was always available to answer questions or provide valuable information that made the home buying process simple and easy. This was not my first experience dealing with John.
