No bull, 5 stars!
Buying a rental property from out of state is difficult enough, especially when you won't actually see it till after you've bought it. You have to have someone you can really trust and rely on.
I've worked with other realtors in the past that wanted you to buy the first home you looked at just so they could quickly close a deal. John was my eyes and ears and did a lot of driving and checking out properties to help me locate the right one. He knew what I wanted and didn't want, never pushed me toward a particular property, and he steered me away from properties that he knew would not work for me. We ultimately found an awesome deal. When I finally got to see the property for myself, it was exactly what I expected.
I will be working with John again in the near future on another property. Thanks John!
